The 38th Annual "Heavenly Fashions" dinner & show for the Leukemia Research Foundation was held on April 21st.
Stacie modeled in the fashion show and also assisted with the infamous "candy raffle" to help raise funds for the foundation. |

On Feb 28th, Stacie & Ashley travelled to Northwestern University for the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run Polar Plunge. They raised money through sponsors for the Special Olympics of Illinois and then "plunged" into the chilly waters of Lake Michigan. |

Ashley & Stacie helped the Best Buddies Illinois Junior Board kick off 2009 with free skin care consultations, drinks, music, and exciting raffles, compliments of Kiehl's boutique on Chicago's Armitage Avenue.
10% of the day's proceeds went to benefit Best Buddies Illinois. |
On Feb. 13th, Ashley and Stacie spoke to students from Plum Grove Jr. High in Rolling Meadows, IL on Widen Our World Day. They visited with four groups of students to discuss thier journeys as Miss Illinois USA and Miss Teen Illinois USA. In each group, a student volunteer introduced themselves, picked a question that was written by their peers and answer it in front of the group. They also answered a great deal of questions about themselves and the pageant system and had a wonderful time! |
On Saturday, Feb 7th, Stacie was honored to have been chosen to drop the ceremonial first puck at the Arctic Ice Arena as the Hockey players faced off for the prestigious Loyalty Cup. She was escorted out on the ice by Chicago Blackhawks Hall of Famer – Bobby Hull.
